Advanced Professional Training in Intermodal Expressive Arts

The Certificate Expressive Arts Advanced Practice (CAP) is an advanced Continuing Education Program designed for Expressive Arts Practitioners seeking to deepen their professional Application of Intermodal Expressive Arts in therapeutic, educational, social, organizational and Coaching- and Community-based Contexts.

Building upon prior foundational Training in Expressive Arts, the CAP integrates the Content of two Expressive Arts Masters Modules and supports the Development of a reflective, embodied, and theoretically grounded Expressive Arts Practice Profile through the Integration of creative Exploration, phenomenological Inquiry, and applied Professional Work.

In an ongoing process oriented Approach, the Content unfolds as a continuous Exploration of and Skill Training in the Practices of the Intermodal Expressive Arts, weaving Art –making into the theoretical, methodological and practical Foundations of the Expressive Arts Field.

Participants will become equipped with Tools, Skills and deepened Knowledge to incorporate Intermodal Expressive Arts Methods into their own Scope of Practice and develop their own professional Style.
